We are located on the corner of 11th and Pleasant - in the heart of "the hill" - a 2 minute walk to campus.
2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 1100 sq. ft., 2 level townhomes, all units have new windows, sliding glass doors and remodeled bathrooms. We also offer a number of fully remodeled apartments for an additional $200 on the standard rate.
We offer a standard 11 month lease for the school year and a limited number of 9 month leases (please call for details). We require one month's rent as a security deposit due at lease signing. Rates are total per unit.

2 persons - 11 month: $3,000 per month
3-4 persons (Shared Bedrooms) - 11 month: $3,800 per month
Second floor:
2 persons - 11 month: $3,200 per month
3-4 persons (Shared Bedrooms) - 11 month: $4000 per month
